These terms govern your purchase of a discovery call (which includes the AI Knowledge Signal Publication Framework), your use of the framework materials including the SKILL.md methodology file, and any implementation services we provide.

The AI Knowledge Signal Publication Framework — including its 6-phase methodology, all associated written
materials (SKILL.md, HOW-TO-GUIDE.md, article.md, and the framework PDF), and the AI Knowledge Signal Chrome and Edge Extension — are the exclusive intellectual
property of AI Knowledge Signal, operated by Christopher Foster-McBride.
All rights — including copyright, database rights, and any applicable trade secret or know-how protections — are reserved. The methodology contained in this framework represents proprietary commercial know-how developed and authored by Christopher Foster-McBride.
Discovery call. A discovery call is a one-time payment of $99.99 USD. It includes the full AI
Knowledge Signal Publication Framework (the framework PDF, SKILL.md and the How-To Guide), emailed
after payment, and grants a perpetual licence to use those materials within your organisation. The
licence is non-exclusive, non-transferable and personal — granted to one organisation for its own internal
publication purposes only, and not assignable. There is no recurring fee and nothing to cancel.
Free materials. The How-To Guides, the framework preview and the audit on this website are free to read and use for your own organisation. The restrictions in Section 3 still apply to them.
Earlier purchases. Subscriptions and one-time framework purchases made before the effective date keep the rights they were sold with, under the version of these terms in effect when they were bought.
You may not:
SKILL.md file publicly, share it in open repositories, or incorporate it into a publicly available AI tool or prompt library.If you engage us to implement the framework, the scope, estimated hours and hourly rate are set out in a written proposal that you accept before work starts. That proposal governs the engagement alongside these terms.
Payment in two parts. You pay 50% of the estimated fee before work starts. Before starting, we record a baseline of how AI systems mention and cite your brand, using a set of prompts and AI systems agreed with you in the proposal, together with the improvement that counts as success. After the work, we re-run the same prompts. The remaining 50% is invoiced only when that re-measure shows the agreed improvement. If it does not, the remaining 50% is not charged; the upfront 50% covers work already performed and is not refundable, except where required by law.
Hours beyond the agreed estimate are billed only if you approve them in writing first. We measure with our own AI Knowledge Signal tool; AI answers vary from run to run, which is why the prompts, systems and success measure are fixed in writing before we start.
The methodology and proprietary know-how contained in this framework is confidential commercial information. You agree to treat it with reasonable confidentiality and not to disclose its substantive contents publicly in any manner that would substitute for purchase or undermine its commercial value.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. No physical goods are shipped.
The discovery call is a single, non-recurring payment. Upon successful payment you will receive an email with the framework materials and a link to schedule your call. You can reschedule the call by contacting us. Because it grants immediate access to digital materials, the discovery call is generally non-refundable once the materials have been delivered, except where a refund is required under applicable consumer law.
Implementation services are invoiced as set out in Section 4 and your proposal.
Existing subscriptions purchased before the effective date continue until they are cancelled or expire, and can be managed at aiknowledgesignal.io/billing. New subscriptions are no longer sold.

The AI Knowledge Signal Publication Framework is provided for informational and practical guidance purposes. Except for the payment arrangement in Section 4, AI Knowledge Signal makes no representations or warranties regarding specific outcomes, search rankings, AI representation results, or business performance. The methodology represents best practice guidance based on current understanding of AI training pipelines and knowledge publication; the AI landscape changes rapidly and guidance may need to be updated over time.
Use of the methodology is at the user's discretion and risk. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Knowledge Signal's total liability to you in connection with your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the discovery call or, for implementation services, the fees paid under the relevant proposal. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the framework, its materials or our services.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising from your purchase or use of the framework shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
These terms apply to discovery calls and implementation services purchased on or after the effective date shown above. We may update these terms at any time. The version in effect on your purchase date governs the licence granted with that purchase, and later changes do not retroactively reduce it. An implementation engagement is governed by the version in effect when you accepted the proposal.
